Letter to the Community

To the Rarible Community,

When we launched Rarible in 2019, our vision was simple: create a digital art marketplace where creators could launch works online without code. Since then, we’ve grown up with the NFT space itself. From the early artist drops to the 2021 hype and beyond, we’ve been in the trenches with you.

And now, we’re building for what comes next.

Meet RaribleFUN, our new testnet experience on MegaETH—a hyperspeed chain that makes Solana look slow. In just a few weeks, our open edition has surpassed 5 million mints, onboarding millions of traders to an NFT experience that’s fast, intuitive, and actually fun.

But RaribleFUN isn’t just a playground. It’s the first glimpse of a total ecosystem upgrade.

We’re rebuilding the Rarible experience from the ground up:

  • Hyperfast transactions
  • Less clicks
  • Trader-focused data tools
  • No-code solutions for creator drops
  • And a lightweight codebase made to scale across any chain, any use case

This new foundation will power the full Rarible ecosystem—including our flagship marketplace, which continues to expand into new chains through our launchpad, and RaribleX, the modular marketplace infrastructure that serves communities with unique needs.

That means that speed, agility and fun will power everything from membership drops like the PSG Silver Card to brand marketplaces like those of Mattel and Lamborghini to community-driven marketplaces like Scope on Eclipse. It’s made to be an infrastructure layer for the next frontier, be it RWAs or social identity mechanisms.

And while Rarible doubles down on building, the $RARI DAO is leveling up too. They’re moving toward multichain governance and staking-for-governance mechanisms that will make decision-making faster, cheaper, and more accessible. That means more opportunities for creator grants, community incentives, and on-chain initiatives that drive real growth across the ecosystem.

Through all of it, one thing remains clear: we’re still building for NFTs.

While others pivot away from the space, we’re leaning in. Because we want to walk with the creators, collectors, and communities who are continuing to thrive here.

And we’ll be here when NFTs power the internet.

Onward,
Alexei Falin
