Links Season 3 Kicks Off With PerfectLoop on Etherlink

We are kicking off Links Season 3 this week and it is one hell of a line-up. S3 opens and closes with PerfectLoop, and features Guandanarian, Cemhah, YUDHO, Andrew Strauss, Oelhan, 1mposter, plus more to be announced. The Links series is a growing 1155 collection featuring some of the biggest creators in the space – you’d be crazy not to get involved! Keep reading to learn more about some of the creators in season 3.

Perfect Loop

Master of all things glitch and loops, PerfectLoop’s creative practice is a retro-futurist dreamscape. It’s full of references to the aesthetics of the early internet, but with a delightful twist of modernity. Their link emoji remix (it’s a perfect loop, in case you didn’t guess) is live on Rarible right now, priced at 1 XTZ.

Guandanarian

Guandanarian (Jakub Sobka) is a Polish computer scientist and digital creator. His work blends hand-animated pixel work with vibrant patterns, and often includes hidden messages and meta references. His work is guided by the philosophy: "Every pixel has a story."

Cemhah

Cemhah is a London-based creator originally from Turkey. His creative journey began in advertising as an art director, but a deep passion for art and storytelling led him to explore animation. His work is a crash-course in colour, movement and light.

YUDHO

Indonesian creator YUDHO explores both physical and digital mediums. He challenges pixel art norms by randomly merging and shifting pixels, creating depth and texture reminiscent of digital noise – a style he calls "dirty pixels". In his eyes, pixels are a bridge between technology and humanity, illustrating our ever-present interaction with screens.

Andrew Strauss

Andrew Strauss is a master of plotter drawing. His current practice explores both digital and physical mediums through creative coding, mathematics, and algorithms, all unified by an elegant, fluid design aesthetic.

Oelhan

OELHAN uses motion and design to capture hidden tensions and suppressed passions with a playful edge. Inspired by the aesthetics of psychedelia, his style is full of striking contrasts: warmth and cold, joy and fear, or the weird and ordinary.

1mposter

1mposter is a creator and animator specializing in themes of science and mythology. His work draws viewers in with mesmerizing colors and intricate details that reveal themselves over time.
